The Groundkeepers formed in Chicago, guitarists Jack Duty and Erin Myers, along with bassist Dave Aitken and drummer Josh Fontenot have drawn on the influences of The Beatles, Tom Petty, Fleetwood Mac and R.E.M. to create their own songs over the past year. The vividly unique sound created in the genre of pop/rock has become The Groundkeepers calling card. Multiple vocals over Jack Duty's distinctive songwriting make for dynamic and memorable songs.
